Bheki is the founder and managing member of Mabedlana Group and Khasanathi Group. He was until the end of October 2009 the Senior Manager at MTN (SA) responsible for Enterprise Risk Management. His portfolio included the implementation of enterprise risk management, insurance risk management, project risk management, business continuity management and crisis prevention.

Before joining MTN, he was an Associate Director at Indyebo Consulting, which specialized in internal audit, risk management, compliance, financial management, training and management consulting, and his main responsibilities were business development, service delivery across all areas, and human resources management.

Prior to joining Indyebo Consulting, he was the head of the Audit, Risk and Compliance division at the National Housing Finance Corporation (NHFC) where his key deliverables were amongst others, implementing the ERM process, facilitating the identification, monitoring and regular reporting of top 10 risks, development and execution of the audit plan, implementation of the compliance processes.
