Even though Mabedlana Consulting is a nationwide consultancy, it has a strong focus on rural areas and small towns, where most consulting firms do not have offices. One of our goals is to contribute significantly towards the identification and development of local talent, improving the risk management and governance skills at local and provincial government level.

At Mabedlana we strongly believe that the exodus of graduates and professionals from rural areas and small towns to big cities will only be reduced if an effort is made to create economic opportunities in the rural areas.
